DSSI, LLC and DURA Automotive Extend Procurement Contract

Southfield, July 9, 2013 -- Today, DSSI, LLC announced a three-year contract extension with DURA Automotive Systems. DSSI has provided source to pay procurement services to DURA since 2004. Under this extension, DSSI will also launch and support several Global Automotive Systems (GAS) locations. Both GAS and DURA are under the ownership of Patriarch (the Lynn Tilton company).

DURA Automotive Systems and Global Automotive Systems' diversity supplier program is supported by working with DSSI, a Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC) and Tri-State Minority Supplier Development Council (TSMSDC) certified company.
