Atwood Mobile Products Outsources MRO Purchasing to DSSI LLC

Southfield, April 07,2008 -- DSSI LLC, a leader in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Services, announced today that Atwood Mobile Products, a leading supplier to the Recreational Vehicle, Specialty Vehicle, and Manufactured Housing industries, has signed a three-year agreement for Source-to-Pay services.

DSSI will provide Atwood Mobile Products with a complete Indirect Purchasing infrastructure for Strategic Sourcing, Catalog Development, and Purchase-to-Pay transaction processing including a hosted e-Procurement system (Epic®), financial settlement and supplier management.
